30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dogplify purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@dogplify.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@dogplify.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
